Job summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS) and will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our organization. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.Oversee project planning scheduling and execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Provide guidance and support to project teams ensuring effective collaboration and communication.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks.Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date maintaining transparency and accountability.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.Facilitate regular project meetings providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.Develop and implement project management best practices ensuring continuous improvement.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.Manage project budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular reports to senior management on project status risks and opportunities.Foster a positive and productive work environment promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS).Should have strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills.Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Should have experience in managing project budgets and resources.Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be proficient in project management software and tools.Should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Should have experience in stakeholder management and communication.Must be committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
Certifications Required
PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification is required.
