Program Manager

The Program Manager/Operations Executive with 1+ year of experience. Responsible for the end-to-end management of client accounts and assigned resources, overseeing the entire engagement lifecycle. This role is responsible for client communication, issue resolution, retention, and driving account growth through upsell opportunities.

We are about 650+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the complete resource journey across assigned accounts, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.

* Take full ownership of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.

* Handle and resolve client and resource queries/issues in a timely manner.

* Manage regular client calls, updates, and follow-ups.

* Collect client feedback and proactively work on retention and relationship management.

* Identify and support upselling and account expansion opportunities.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and account health.

Skills & Requirements

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple resources and accounts simultaneously.

* Problem-solving mindset with high ownership.

* Comfortable in a client-facing role.

* Basic understanding of IT services or delivery models is a plus.

Working Days- 6 (5 days Work from office)
