Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in program management.
1 year of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a New Product Introduction (NPI) role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in driving systems capabilities, requirements, business process designs, testing and training.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on business process enhancements.

Responsibilities

Deliver industry leading supply chain execution for business teams by developing new digital capabilities and features through existing or new platforms.
Manage various programs of work, engage partner teams and stakeholders, set the pace for project delivery.
Deliver digital capabilities/enhancements as per project/product roadmap. Execute delivery per project plan, identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, align stakeholders with communications.
Collaborate closely with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes and drive transformation.
Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, map end-to-end process flows through collaboration with partner teams.
