Job Overview

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of CX strategies and programs, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation of global projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Required Skills

• Software Configuration: The candidate must have a strong understanding of software configuration and its principles. They should be able to manage and control changes in the software environment to ensure stability and functionality.
• Scrum: The candidate must have a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and be able to apply them effectively in a project management context. They should be able to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles.
