Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Effectively manage end-to-end bidding process and track new and ongoing tenders across GeM and other platforms.

Analyse each tender to assess participation feasibility, understand competition, and ensure compliance with government orders.

Prepare and review documentation for tender participation.

Identify optimal pricing strategies by analysing historical data and market trends.

Manage Bidding related tasks such as catalogue management and incidents.

Establish and manage partnerships for consortium bid participation.

Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for GeM-related assistance across all teams.


Essential Requirements

Proven experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform operations.

Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Strong analytical skills for tender assessment and competitive analysis.

Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in government procurement and tender processes.

Background in team management and leadership.

Experience with bid documentation and proposal writing.
