What Youll Do:

• Orchestrate success: Align and lead multi-million-dollar, multi-industry programs
• Be the customers champion: Deliver business plan with focus on quality and timelines
• Anticipate, not react: Spot roadblocks before they appear and clear the path forward.
• Drive the numbers: Own business reviews, reporting, invoicing, and payment flows like a pro.

Who You Are:

Professionals with 10+ years of experience in driving complex engineering programs with hands-on Program Management experience across domains such as PCBA / Wiring Harness /Box Build / EMI/ Metals and Aerospace.

Data Savy, proactive and result oriented with solid communication skills
