Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management, including cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working with software development teams and the software development life cycle.

Preferred qualifications:

3 years of experience with mobile application development or testing.
Experience in Android Apps, Android Development, Developer Tools.
Ability to drive process improvements and implement new tools or workflows.

Responsibilities

Identify areas for improvement within the Android app compatibility testing and tooling landscape. Define, design, and implement solutions to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and improve the quality of testing.
Work with Android Engineering, Product Management, and Developer Relations teams to understand new features, identify compatibility tests, and contribute to the development of effective testing strategies and tools.
Utilize data and reporting to identify recurring compatibility issues and trends, providing insights to inform process improvements and future platforms.
Monitor program status, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate updates to cross-functional stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and other communication methods.
