We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Program Manager with a minimum of 6+  years of proven expertise in program management, particularly within the realms of Telecom & IT technologies. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

·         Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for Telecom & IT projects, aligning with organizational objectives and technological advancements.

·         Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

·         Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across diverse teams, including development, engineering, and operations, to achieve seamless project integration.

·         Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

·         Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.

·         Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and meet project goals.

·         IoT and Cloud Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Telecom and IT technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.

·         Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions.

·         Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

·         Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of projects.

Qualifications:

·         Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

·         Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in program management, with a focus on IoT Telecom and Cloud technologies

·         Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

·         Technical Skills: Proficient in IoT and Cloud technologies, Telecom with a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.

·         Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

·         Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
