Job Summary:
We at Accolade Electronics are looking for a Program Manager to lead end-to-end program execution within a manufacturing-driven environment, ensuring strong coordination between R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customers. The role involves managing multiple high-value projects from RFQ through development to mass production, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple automotive electronics programs from RFQ/Nomination to SOP and lifecycle management.
- Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for OEM/Tier-1 customers.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Quality, SCM, and Manufacturing Plant.
- Ensure smooth transition from product development to serial production.
- Monitor program timelines, cost targets, margins, and delivery commitments.
- Drive APQP, PPAP, and automotive quality compliance.
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
- Support plant during ramp-up, capacity planning, and production stabilization.
- Conduct customer reviews, program status meetings, and escalation handling.
- Ensure achievement of business case, revenue, and profitability targets. Lead and manage multiple automotive programs from concept to production.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.
- Monitor program milestones, deliverables, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer requirements.
- Handle client communication, reviews, escalation management, and relationship building.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement in program execution processes.

NPD & Product Industrialization
Manufacturing plant coordination
Automotive quality systems (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan)
- Customer program reviews & commercial discussions
- Experience in handling multiple programs simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of PCB assemblies, embedded systems, and automotive electronics products.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in Automotive Electronics manufacturing.
