Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 16 to 20 years of experience in F&O - Project Management Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management. The ideal candidate will oversee complex projects ensuring they align with company goals and deliver significant value. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on driving successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company objectivesOversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful completionProvide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and address any issues promptlyCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project executionDevelop and maintain project documentation including plans reports and risk assessmentsEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycleIdentify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project deliveryFoster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance and project outcomesUtilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project efficiencyMonitor project performance and implement improvements as necessaryEnsure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectationsFacilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in F&OProject Management Commercial Project Management and CE-Project ManagementShould possess strong organizational and time management skillsMust have excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesShould be proficient in using project management tools and softwareMust have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projectsShould be adept at risk management and problem-solvingMust have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work modelShould have a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirementsMust be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple prioritiesShould have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teamsMust be committed to delivering high-quality project outcomesShould have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challengesMust be dedicated to continuous improvement and professional development.
Certifications Required
PMP Certification PRINCE2 Certification or equivalent project management certification.
