2 years of experience in program or project management.
2 years of experience in trust and safety.

Preferred qualifications:

6 years of experience in program management at a multi-national organization managing global initiatives, or 4 years of experience with a Master's degree.
Experience with SQL.
Knowledge of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Support Scaled Abuse Operations Team in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for team initiatives.
Communicate program updates, challenges, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Identify and recommend improvements to existing team processes and tooling, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of program plans, processes, and policies.
Create and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
