We are seeking a candidate with program and/or project management skills to join the Grocery Catalog Operations and Intel (GCOI) team.
As a crucial part of the Grocery Catalog organization, our team oversees the comprehensive Whole Foods Market on Amazon (WFMOA) catalog, Grocery partnerships (third
- party sellers) operations, and Amazon Fresh grocery catalog management.

In this role, the candidate would work closely with Operations, Product, Business Intelligence and Tech teams across the Grocery Catalog org.
They will own programs that require strategic direction, diving deep with customer data, and cross
- team communication to deliver results for our customers for Grocery partnerships.
This Program Manager would be the central liaison between the the larger grocery catalog org, central catalog teams, and GP.
The candidate would also be responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing new SOPs for the NA Grocery Partnerships catalog pillar.
In this role, They'll immerse themselves in our dynamic environment, fostering strong partnerships across teams while managing diverse responsibilities.
Their exceptional prioritization skills and adaptability will be essential as they join our results
- driven team.
Working alongside high
- performing colleagues, they'll help shape and deliver strategic initiatives that directly enhance the customer and shopper experience.
While the position is based out of Hyderabad, the candidate would be interacting with leaders in NA and EU.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead end
- to
- end catalog management for Grocery partnerships, including issue resolution, process optimization across North America and Europe.
- Defining goals for Grocery partnerships business inline with the Grocery catalogs business vision, and building roadmaps to achieve the same.
- Design and implement data
- driven strategies to expand product selection and enhance partnerships, resulting in measurable business impact across North America and Europe.
- Develop structured program updates and documentation to effectively track progress, highlight risks, and communicate key decisions across leadership and partner teams.
- Escalating problems to the relevant owners and following through on resolutions.
- Drive process improvements to improve efficiencies.
About the team
Grocery Catalog Operations and Intel (GCOI) supports Amazon’s WW Grocery Catalog through New Item Setup, Audits & Edits, SOP management, Data management, Process Automation, etc.

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in a highly analytical, results
- oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate
