Role Description
- We are seeking a skilled RTB (Run the Bank) resource to manage financial analysis, reporting and governance while leveraging automation tools for efficiency.
- This role requires a strong understanding of financial management, risk assessment and compliance particularly in audit and vendor related risk management.

Your key responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze historical and current financial data to forecast potential outcomes
- Assess financial reporting accuracy, identifying anomalies and discrepancies
- provide insights on due diligence findings and recommend corrective measures
- Consolidate financial data and generate reports for multiple business scenarios
Financial Governance & Compliance:
- Establish financial governance frameworks, including setting up financial modeling templates and processes
- identify gaps in existing reporting structures and integrate risk-based decision-making approaches
- Implement mitigation strategies and internal controls to strengthen financial reporting
Automation & Process Optimization:
- Utilize financial tools and automation technologies to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update documentation related to cost analysis and financial governance
Risk Management & Escalation:
- Assess risks associated with vendors and external partners
- Escalate concerns based on the analysis and business impact
- Assist in the execution of risk mitigation plans
Special Projects:
- Support the Payment Umbrella F4 Audit Remediation Program until it is fully operational
Your skills and experience
General Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in financial analysis, risk management, audit or compliance
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic financial environment
