Key Responsibilities:


Program Strategy & Execution Excellence

  • Support the end-to-end execution of strategic programs by tracking milestones, interdependencies, and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive operational discipline through structured tracking, reporting, and follow-up mechanisms that ensure timely and predictable delivery.
  • Assist with backend enrollment and onboarding workflows, ensuring precision, compliance, and operational readiness at scale.

Data, Insights & Performance Enablement

  • Leverage structured data tracking and analysis to surface actionable insights, performance trends, and early risk signals.
  • Prepare high-quality daily and weekly executive summaries that synthesize progress, risks, escalations, and recommended actions.
  • Enable data-informed prioritization by translating complex operational data into clear, decision-ready narratives.

Stakeholder, Partner & Escalation Leadership

  • Serve as a central coordination layer across internal teams and external partners to remove execution bottlenecks and accelerate critical workstreams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalations, driving swift alignment, ownership, and resolution across stakeholders.
  • Support partner communications with clarity, professionalism, and follow-through to ensure a seamless partner and user experience.

Process Architecture & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the design, documentation, and evolution of scalable operating models, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
  • Identify structural inefficiencies and partner with the Program Manager to implement process enhancements.
  • Help institutionalize best practices that improve efficiency, predictability, and program maturity.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets with comfort in data structuring, analysis, and reporting.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft concise, high-impact updates for diverse stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail combined with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in multi-stakeholder, fast-moving environments.
  • Intellectual curiosity, ownership mindset, and a bias toward structured problem solving.
  • Interest in program management, business strategy, operations, or consulting-oriented roles.
