As an Associate in Program Management - International Transformation, you will be part of our dynamic International Transformation Office. You will focus on the development, implementation, and ongoing support of strategic transformation programs that meet Business and Regulatory demands. Your role will involve risk mitigation, process efficiency, technology enablement, and business development. You will have the opportunity to work independently and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage program budgets, and facilitate project deliverables. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your strategic consulting, project management, and business analysis skills in a banking/financial services environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with program management and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Facilitate project deliverables; Develop and establish key reporting standards; consistently follow up on requests, tasks and assignments
- Work independently and under minimum supervision to perform program office and program mgmt tasks; Produce program materials adapted to senior management needs with limited supervision
- Support managing program budgets, resourcing, presentations and reporting
- Facilitate project deliverables; consistently follow up on requests, tasks and assignments
- Frame out clear, feasible solutions and execute project deliverables in a timely manner. Effectively prioritize workload and keep others informed of progress with timely and consistent program updates reporting and documentation. Demonstrate attention to detail and consistently produce quality work
- Identify potential risks, issues and dependencies and the path to mitigation or resolution
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in strategic consulting / management consulting / project management / business analysis
- Banking / Financial services background with domain knowledge on any of the following: Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Payments, Asset Management
- Person should be Proactive and a self-starter, able to work independently on highest quality deliverables
- Good understanding of program lifecycle with relevant experience on complex projects across countries or regions including items such as setting up project plan, managing risk & issues, reporting & governance etc
- Excellent stakeholder engagements skills, with an ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Digital first mindset with a broad knowledge of LLMs
- Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
