Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Lead based in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, India. The Program Lead will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing cultural and charitable programs, overseeing project execution, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission. They will liaise with stakeholders, analyze program data for improvement, manage social media, drive fund-raising efforts, and ensure effective communication with communities and partners. The role also includes addressing program-related inquiries and providing exceptional support to beneficiaries.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Analytical Skills to design, implement, and evaluate initiatives
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
• Experience in Content Mgmt and Design skills for managing Website, Social Media channels, for increased Outreach for fund-raising.
• Customer Service skills to address inquiries and support program beneficiaries effectively
• Experience in community development, work or lived experiences in North-East, and familiarity with indigenous cultures is a preference
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Cultural Studies, Public Administration, or a related field
