Job Purpose BaaS is an emerging model that offers opportunities to collaborate with brands and fintech partners, enhancing the banking and embedded finance experience for our customers. The BaaS Department at HDFC Bank is set to bring in the technology that would give customers a top-notch banking experience. The team is poised to build robust, secure, and scalable digital solutions that would open opportunities to work with different fintech companies while maintaining the same level of security, reliability, and efficiency. At the same time for BaaS, CRM is a critical piece which is essential for Ground and customers both. The job responsibilities would include the following: The position holder will be responsible for effectively leading and driving various CRM Initiatives that aligns with the BaaS Teams overall objectives & Vision. The Incumbent will be responsible for BaaS related CRM Project Management & Project Delivery covering various aspects of Program Management.
Key Responsibility Areas : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)
Project Planning & Execution > Define Project Scope, Objective & Deliverables aligned with Strategic Goals for BaaS > Develop & Manage CN / UDs and manage sign offs from different stakeholders > Ensure timely execution of development sprints & product releases > Identify risks, dependencies & proactively drive mitigations strategies
BaaS Project Management &
Delivery > Connect with Cross Functional Stakeholders for key project Discussion & Implementation, acing as bridge between business stakeholders, tech teams & vendors > Front End all assigned Projects & Tasks & Delivery Management within assigned TAT > Status Updates, Regular Follow Ups, Closure of all assigned tasks
Platform Development - BaaS Employee Connect & Program Implementation > Work on BaaS Employee Connect Platform, implementing all the enhancements to make platform more aligned with BaaS Strategic Goals > Translate Business Requirements into detailed functional & technical specifications > Log New Requirements with Tech / Vendor > Work on developments sprints with stakeholders > Deliver as per agreed timelines
Quality Assurance & Delivery
Governance: > Lead & Control Project implement stages like Business Discussions, Concept Notes, Development, UATs, Mocks & Production Movement (includes sign off at each stage with respective stake holders) > Intervention and control over Timelines > Build & Share Project Updates > Support post implementation review & continuous improvement initiatives
Innovation & Continuous
Improvement > Keep abreast of emerging technologies in Fintech, CRM, Banking Operations & Cloud Platforms > Support & Drive Proof of Concepts for new digital capabilities > Contribute to Bank & BaaSs Digital Transformation
Educational Qualifications Key Skills
Graduation:
MBA from reputed institute
Business Analysis Banking Product & Process Knowledge Planning and Organizing Skills Communication & Influencing Skills Good at MS Excel & PowerPoint Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry
Experience Required:
Minimum experience in years 5 years
Exposure to banking preferable
Major Stakeholders (intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties) IT BSG-TSG Product Teams BaaS Business Team BaaS Operations ISG Vendors
