Role Overview

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who doesnt wait for perfect instructions.

As a Program Intern Value Offerings, you will take ownership of tasks end-to-end from figuring out what needs to be done to actually getting it done. You will work directly with the core team to build, refine, and deliver structured programs for students and parents.

What Youll Actually Do

• Take loosely defined ideas and convert them into clear, usable program structures
• Build and refine program frameworks, timelines, and deliverables
• Research, compare, and synthesize information quickly
• Improve clarity of offerings for parents and students
• Support live programs, webinars, and counselling workflows
• Handle execution gaps whatever is required to move the program forward

What Were Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

Strong ownership mindset you dont wait to be chased

• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving tasks
• Ability to execute independently after brief direction
• Clear written communication
• High responsiveness and accountability

Good to Have (But Not Required)

• Exposure to education, counselling, or mentoring
• Research and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of student journeys (Class 812 / UG planning)
• Startup or operations experience
