Program Director – Telecom Billing 6D Program

We are hiring for The Program Director for one of our Clients. The person will lead one of the largest telecom billing transformation initiatives (6D Program). This role provides exposure to cutting-edge billing technologies, complex multi-country rollout, executive-level stakeholder management, and career-defining leadership opportunities.

Must-Have**

• Experience: 18+ years of experience in large-scale telecom programs, including billing, customer management, and revenue assurance.
• Program Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar transformation programs across geographies.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong engagement with C-level executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Governance & Compliance: Deep understanding of telecom regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
• Financial Oversight: Strong experience in budget planning, tracking, and ROI realization.

Good-to-Have

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or ITIL.
• Knowledge of emerging telecom technologies (5G, IoT, Cloud-native BSS).
