Program Director

Role - Project / Program director (Location Delhi / NCR)

1. Responsible for overall project governance, planning, and execution for a large program.
2. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure compliance with standards.
3. Drive risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
4. Strong experience and acumen in next gen data management and AI principles and lead project of a large scale (150+)
5. Should have worked or interface with the Big 4 Consulting firms.
6. Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to quality standards.
7. Lead and manage large-scale IT programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
8. Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track deliverables, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA + MBA or equivalent.
• PMP/Prince2 certification.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Managed at least two large-scale IT programs and one IT implementation project as Project Director.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
