Program/Delivery Manager

About the role

DAZN is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager or Program Manager to lead and manage the development of mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage multiple mobile app development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.

Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure effective execution of these plans. Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile applications.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on mobile app development. Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
