Who Were Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience with a strong interest in sustainability, climate resilience, and development sectors.
• Someone who is motivated, analytical, and eager to contribute to real-world sustainability solutions.
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership

Responsibilities:

1. Program co-ordinator - CSR

• Assist in planning, coordination, and executionof ongoing CSR programs across thematic areas (education, environment, health, livelihoods, etc.).
• Support data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reportingfor monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities.
• Conduct secondary researchon CSR trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and sector-specific insights.
• Help develop concept notes, presentations, and proposalsfor new CSR initiatives and partnerships.
• Support field visitsto project locations for monitoring, stakeholder interactions, and impact assessments.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, dashboards, and documentationfor internal and client-facing deliverables.
• Maintain organized documentation and databasesrelated to CSR projects.
• Contribute to impact assessment frameworksand support baseline/endline surveys.
• Assist in creating communication materials, including case studies, success stories, and project summaries.

2. Program co-ordinator - Eco-entrepreneurship:

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of eco-entrepreneurship hackathons, innovation challenges, and related events.

Conduct research on sustainability problem statements, sector trends, and emerging green technologies to inform challenge themes.

Coordinate with colleges, universities, incubators, and student clubsto promote participation and partnerships.

Assist in streamlining workflows, including timelines, participant tracking, mentor coordination, and event logistics.

Help prepare communication materials, such as event briefs, problem statements, outreach content, and post-event summaries.

Support stakeholder engagement, including mentors, jury members, speakers, and partner organizations.

Maintain organized documentation, databases, and dashboardsrelated to hackathon participants, teams, and outcomes.

Assist with evaluation of project submissions, including reviewing proposals, scoring, and preparing feedback summaries.

Contribute to the design of capacity-building sessions, workshops, or webinars for participants.

Support outreach efforts through social media, emails, and campus engagementto boost event visibility.

Help prepare impact reportsand insights on trends emerging from hackathon themes and solutions.

Remuneration range - 10-14 LPA
