Position Overview
The Program Coordinator Network Management will be responsible for coordinating, strengthening, and managing BJSs nationwide network of partners, volunteers, institutions, and stakeholders. The role focuses on relationship management, communication, coordination, reporting, and program support, ensuring smooth engagement and alignment between BJS and its network members.
This role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder engagement capability, and a deep interest in social development and program execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage relationships with BJSs network partners, institutions, volunteers, and program stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact between BJS Head Office and network members
Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing engagement of network partners
Facilitate regular communication through calls, emails, meetings, and updates
Coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables with network stakeholders
Track network participation, engagement levels, and program progress
Maintain accurate databases, records, and documentation related to network activities
Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, trainings, and review sessions
Collect field updates, reports, and feedback from network partners
Prepare periodic progress reports, presentations, and coordination notes
Ensure alignment of network activities with organizational goals and program guidelines
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in social work, Development Studies, Management, or related field (Masters preferred)
25 years of experience in program coordination, network management, or stakeholder engagement (NGO experience preferred)
Strong coordination, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across regions and institutions
Experience in data tracking, reporting, and documentation
Willingness to travel for field coordination and network meetings (as required)
