Role Overview
We are looking for a Program Coordinator (Fresher/02 years) to support academic operations and manage the student journey across training programs. This role offers hands-on exposure to batch coordination, student engagement, exams, feedback, and placement support in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities & Role Expectations:
Academic & Batch Operations
- Plan, create, and manage training batches based on schedules and mentor availability
- Coordinate with mentors for daily attendance and topic updates in the Student Portal
- Monitor daily exams, track participation, and follow up with non-attempted students
- Process student leave requests and manage absentee records
- Handle student and parent queries via chatbot and other communication channels
Student Monitoring & Engagement
- Track attendance, engagement, and learning continuity across batches
- Ensure accurate data updates in Zoho CRM and Student Portal
- Verify student and parent contact details periodically
- Coordinate doubt sessions and missed-class support with mentors
Performance Tracking & Feedback
- Collect weekly student feedback using Google Forms
- Analyze feedback trends and share insights with management
- Maintain weekly reports on attendance, exams, and engagement
Placement Coordination
- Prepare eligibility lists for placement drives
- Coordinate placement communications (tests, interviews, follow-ups)
- Manage placement WhatsApp groups and student updates
- Maintain placement records (company, package, source)
- Track and support unplaced students post-course completion
Mock Interviews & Evaluation
- Schedule and monitor weekly mock interviews (Saturdays)
- Track attendance and follow up with absentees
- Coordinate performance reviews with mentors and placement teams
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate student admission and batch records
- Ensure data consistency between CRM and Student Portal
- Prepare weekly and monthly academic & placement reports
- Keep all records accurate, current, and audit-ready
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and process discipline
- Basic data handling and reporting skills
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- MBA / Masters degree is an added advantage
