Were looking for someone early in their career (12 years of experience) to own and execute our campus programs across 23 cities in India.

This role is not traditional recruiting. It sits at the intersection of operations, program management and field execution.

You will:

Design and run structured campus programs for field sales hiring

Own all communication with colleges and student cohorts

Manage city-level coordination and execution

Define and maintain high engagement standards

Track outcomes and improve funnel quality over time

Youll likely be a fit if you:

Have run college fests, student bodies, or campus initiatives

Have worked in a Founders Office, ops, or early-stage execution role

Are structured, clear in communication, and high on follow-through

Care about quality and experience, not just volume

This role may require travel to 1-2 cities and the ability to operate independently.

This is a distributed program-ownership role with direct impact on hiring quality across early-career opportunities within the org.
