Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential leads via calls, emails, and online meetings to pitch programs.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate program recommendations.

Drive conversions through strong relationship building and product understanding.

Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and ensure sales targets are achieved.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of inside sales / tele sales / counseling / advisory experience.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.

Prior experience in edtech, training, or B2C sales will be an added advantage.
