Job Title: Sales Executive / Program Advisor-NICMAR ONLINE
Function: Sales & Business Development

Reports to position: Head B2C Sales

Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive / Program Advisor at NICMAR Online will be responsible for executing the B2C sales strategy, managing customer interactions, and driving enrollments. This role requiresa proactive approachin reaching out to potential students, engaging them effectively, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Job Outline:
- Engage prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, dedicating a minimum of 4 hours of talk time daily to provide detailed program information & resolving queries.
- Conduct follow-ups proactively to ensure maximum lead conversion and enrollment.
- Work closely with the sales leadership to meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Record and update customer interactions systematically using CRM tools.
- Support marketing initiatives by actively participating in promotional campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Provide feedback based on customer interactions to enhance sales strategies and program offerings.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach to deliver an outstanding enrolment experience.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and development sessions.
Job Specification:
Knowledge/Education:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software is advantageous.
Specific Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with sales targets and working in a results-driven environment
- Basic proficiency in sales data reporting and analytics
