What Youll Do

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, and emails.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right IK programs.
• Explain program features, handle queries, and provide accurate information.
• Manage and update customer data in CRM systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products.
• Upsell/cross-sell programs and achieve sales targets.

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in Inside Sales, Admissions, or Counselling in Edtech Industry .
• Target-driven, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
