Qualifications and Experience

Experience: Minimum 20 years at least 3 years in senior management position in wellness/ hospitality/ healthcare/ resort
Post Graduate/MBA/Medicine
Excellent English both written and verbal & knowledge of social media marketing
Presentation skills

Job Description

Manage the entity with full responsibility for the performance including:
Profit and loss performance
Resort operations
Marketing and sales
Guest satisfaction and loyalty programs
Coordination with medical team
Maintenance of all buildings, facilities, equipment, gardens, apartments and infrastructure
Human relations, recruitment and compliance with labor laws
Safety and security; Lawful operations and legal compliances
Housekeeping and hygiene
Food and beverage
Public relations
Vendor development, product sourcing and purchasing
Expenditure control and cost center management
MIS and Development and implementation of SOPs
Store and inventory management
Managing emergencies
To maintain the required working hours and to attend the Entity on a daily basis
To remain available 24/7 for any work related to the Entity
Regular reporting at agreed frequency in decided formats
Expansion into other cities
Managing satellite OPD centers
Developing solutions and packages for corporate groups
Developing multi channel sales networks
