Key Responsibilities

Research and Scholarship

• Produce high-impact research suitable for publication in leading journals such as:
• Journal of Marketing
• Strategic Management Journal
• Academy of Management Journal
• Management Science
• Journal of Consumer Research
• Develop innovative research agendas addressing emerging global challenges in business and society.
• Secure competitive research funding and build collaborative research initiatives.
• Contribute to establishing the School as a globally recognized center of research excellence.

Teaching and Academic Leadership

• Design and deliver rigorous, intellectually stimulating courses at undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral levels.
• Incorporate data-driven decision making, experiential learning, and real-world applications into teaching.
• Mentor students and doctoral researchers.
• Develop innovative curricula and new programs in emerging business disciplines.

Institutional and Professional Engagement

• Participate in academic governance, faculty committees, and program development.
• Collaborate with industry leaders and policymakers to strengthen the universitys impact.
• Contribute to building global partnerships with leading universities and institutions.

Qualifications

Essential

• PhD in Marketing, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Data Science, or a related discipline from a globally recognized research university.
• Strong record (or clear potential) of publications in top-tier peer-reviewed journals.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and mentoring.
• Commitment to interdisciplinary research and innovation.

Preferred

• Experience teaching in internationally accredited business schools.
• Evidence of industry engagement or policy impact.
• Experience supervising doctoral research.
• Ability to contribute to global rankings and research reputation of the School.
