Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor & Dean - School of Hospitality Management at IMS Unison University in Dehradun. As the Professor & Dean - School of Hospitality Management , you will oversee and manage all academic, research and administrative aspects of the School of Hospitality Management . Your tasks will include institutional development, research initiatives, curriculum development, faculty recruitment, student admissions, program evaluation, internships & placements and building relationships with industry partners. You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the School of Hospitality Management and ensuring its continued success.

Qualifications required

• Masters degree and Ph.D. degree in Hospitality Management from a reputed University/ Institution. UGC NET qualification is mandatory.
• Full-time work experience of a minimum of 15 years in academics, out of which a minimum of 5 years as a Professor in an institution of repute.
• Candidates with qualifications from or with work experience from the Institutions of national eminence will be preferred.
• Excellent track record of research and publications in Law or related fields.
• Prior experience in academic leadership positions and a strong understanding of the current trends and best practices in management education will be preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Emoluments

• IMS Unison University pays salaries as per 7th Pay commission recommendations. Higher salary for deserving candidates will not be a constraint.
