2. Ph.D. in the relevant area (Humanities & Social Sciences)
3. Mentor students on research projects and academic development.
4. Supervise curriculum development and teaching-learning practices across all humanities and social sciences programs.
5. Organize workshops, seminars and conferences to stimulate academic discourse.
6. Lead Academic Administration of multidisciplinary department programs.
7. Practical experience with industry / live projects and excellent industry connections.
8. Excellent Research Credentials.
