Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Professor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in the BCA department at IEC College Of Engineering & Technology, located in Greater Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lectures, designing and updating curriculum, mentoring students, and conducting research in their area of expertise. Key responsibilities will include coordinating with departmental staff, contributing to academic planning, and participating in seminars, workshops, and professional development activities related to the discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in teaching subjects related to Computer Applications, Programming, Data Structures, Software Development, and Emerging IT Technologies.
• Ability to develop and deliver creative curricula and adopt innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning needs.
• Experience in academic research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and contributing to collaborative research projects.
• Proficiency in communication, mentorship, and student engagement; strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ph.D. or Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related discipline; NET/SET qualification is highly desirable.
• Prior teaching experience at undergraduate or postgraduate levels will be an added advantage.
