This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at IEC College of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida. The role requires designing and delivering course content, mentoring students academically and professionally, and conducting research to enhance learning standards in management education. Responsibilities also include contributing to curriculum development, participating in faculty meetings, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to ensure the relevance of academic programs.

• Strong academic background with expertise in Management principles, Business Administration, and related disciplines.
• Proficiency in teaching, curriculum development, and student mentorship.
• Skills in conducting academic research and presenting in conferences or publishing in reputable journals.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for fostering a positive learning environment.
• Proficiency in the use of digital tools and e-learning platforms would be an advantage.
• Minimum qualifications: Masters degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a PhD is preferred for senior roles.
• Experience in teaching undergraduate courses in a similar institution is highly desirable.
• An ability to contribute in administrative activities or committee roles within the institution is beneficial.
