Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to support data migration, report customization, product implementation, and customer success initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong technology / IT services background, with exposure to customization, integrations, or solution delivery in a SaaS environment. This is a hands-on, client-facing consulting role requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Engage with clients via email, Zoom, Zendesk, or similar platforms to gather requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Support clients during onboarding, implementation, and product adoption phases.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day needs.


Product Expertise & Customization

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of BQE CORE features, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Support data migration, report customization, and issue resolution using tools such as SQL, SSRS, and Excel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery of client solutions.


Documentation & Process Adherence

  • Accurately document customer requirements, processes, and deliverables.
  • Adhere to defined frameworks and contribute to continuous process improvements.


Collaboration & Continuous Learning

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, BI/Data, and Development teams to resolve client requirements.
  • Stay updated on SaaS trends, product enhancements, and reporting/analytics tools.


Project Contribution

  • Contribute to multiple client projects, ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables.
  • Support change management initiatives and help clients adopt new processes effectively.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Professional Services, Customer/Client Success, Implementation, SaaS Support, or IT/Software Consulting roles.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles supporting onboarding, implementations, reporting, or solution delivery.
  • Exposure to requirements gathering, solution configuration/customization, and issue resolution in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, BI/Data, Engineering) is a strong plus.


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions preferred).
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server or similar databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (SSRS, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms (Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Zoho Desk, Jira Service Management).
  • Exposure to SaaS or enterprise product delivery models.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into meaningful business outcomes for clients.
