Quality Manager - SPM (Project Lead Level)

Experience Required: 10-12 years | Level: Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Quality System Development

• • Develop project-specific Quality Management Plans

  • Establish quality control procedures and checklists

  • Implement ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems

  • Create quality training and awareness programs

• Compliance & Audit Management

• • Coordinate internal and external quality audits

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards

  • Manage relationships with third-party testing agencies

  • Oversee certification and approval processes

• Team Leadership & Development

• • Lead quality teams across multiple work fronts

  • Develop quality capabilities in project teams

  • Conduct quality training and competency assessments

  • Manage quality-related performance metrics

• Risk Management & Problem Solving

• • Identify quality risks and implement mitigation measures

  • Lead root cause analysis for quality failures

  • Develop corrective and preventive action plans

  • Manage customer complaints and quality issues

• Continuous Improvement

• • Implement lean construction and quality improvement initiatives

  • Benchmark quality performance against industry standards

  • Drive innovation in quality control technologies

  • Establish quality KPIs and performance dashboards

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Quality Management certification

• 10-12 years in construction quality management

• Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred

• Experience with LEED, BREEAM, or other green building certifications
