Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls professionally
• Communicate confidently with Indian and international clients
• Provide accurate information about company products and services
• Maintain proper client records and follow-ups
• Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Support in improving customer experience systems
