Now were scaling. And we need a self-driven Marketing Lead who can build and own the growth engine.

We want someone who can:
Design marketing strategy
Own growth engine
Build distribution leverage
Create viral loops
Strengthen product adoption
Think revenue
This is a builder role.
2 Core Ownership AreasYou will own 5 layers:
1. Marketing Strategy (Big Picture Thinking)- Define clear market positioning
- Refine ICP messaging
- Define differentiation vs competitors
- Align marketing with revenue targets
- Build quarterly growth roadmap
You must think in:
- Market gaps
- Customer psychology
- Strategic angles
- Category positioning
Not just channels.
2. Product-Led Growth Engine- Map complete user journey
- Improve onboarding
- Improve activation metrics
- Improve retention and conversion
- Build habit loops inside product
- Reduce friction in value discovery
Focus:
How do we help users experience value in the shortest time?
3. Distribution & Viral Thinking- Identify viral hooks within product
- Build referral or social loops
- Create shareable assets
- Design webinar engines
- Launch thought-leadership positioning
You must ask:
What can users share naturally?
What makes this talk-worthy?
4. Experimentation & Performance- Run A/B tests weekly
- Test pricing positioning
- Test messaging angles
- Kill underperforming funnels fast
- Track CAC, LTV, churn, engagement
Speed of experimentation is key.
5. Brand & Authority Building- Simplify complex investing ideas
- Improve LinkedIn positioning
- Convert research into marketing assets
- Build trust in a regulated industry
- Create clarity-led storytelling
