Production Support Engineer SRE - Immediate joiners

Exciting Opportunity Alert! HTC Global Services is hiring Production Support Engineer SRE - Immediate joiners for our premium project at Chennai & Hyderabad.

HTC Global Services - a leading CMM level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA.

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad

Mode: 5 days work from office (NO HYBRID)

Shift: 24*7 Rotational

Position 1:

1. Scripting knowledge like PowerShell or groovy

2. Linux /Windows servers

3. Remote Desktop Protocol

4. Familiar with logs and troubleshoot

5. K8s basic knowledge

6. Network related trouble shooting.

7. Db experience MSSQL

8. Basic knowledge on sys admin and connectivity

9. Experience in Load Balancer

Position 2:

1.7+Working background in Production support

2.IIS, troubleshooting Windows servers and managing certificates

3.Load balancers - preferably F5

4. Cloud flare or familiarity with CDN tools

5.APM Monitoring tools Preferably AppDynamics, Thousand eyes.

6.Troubleshooting API/application flows

7.Powershell/Scripting

8.Other tools they had used for troubleshooting

9.SFTP tools preferably Go Anywhere tool
