We are looking to hire Production Support Engineers to strengthen our production reliability and operational excellence.

This role is critical in ensuring system stability, rapid incident resolution, and continuous improvement across our production landscape.

Key focus areas:

• Monitoring and observability using Dynatrace and Log Analytics
• Incident, problem, and change management through Jira
• Root Cause Analysis and structured troubleshooting
• Cross-team collaboration with development and infrastructure
• Automation of repetitive operational tasks
• Supporting deployments and release validation

• Thinks analytically and works methodically under pressure
• Takes ownership of incidents end-to-end
• Communicates clearly during escalations
• Is driven to reduce MTTR and improve monitoring maturity
