Production Support Analyst with Site Reliability Engineering

2-5 years of relevant experience in production support analyst role, with financial domain working experience

• Experience with installing, configuring, and supporting business applications.

• Proficiency in programming languages and issue-tracking tools.

• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to nontechnical stakeholders.

• Practical experience with relational databases, MS SQL, SQL queries, Unix and Windows OS, and Java

• Knowledge of monitoring tools, i.e. App Dynamics, ITRS, Grafana and Splunk.

• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Observability concepts, and automations

• Basic understanding of web server technologies (WebLogic or WebSphere) and Messaging tools like MQ

• Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools, preferably ServiceNow.

• Proven Automation skills with tools including Ansible, Chef, etc. will be added advantage.

• Good Scripting knowledge in Bash/Python/Perl/etc.

• Knowledge in banking applications and server infrastructure

• Ability to manage workloads efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.

Education:
