Required Skills & Experience

2 5 years of experience in Production/Application Support or similar role.

Proficiency in:

Log Analytics (Azure Monitor, ELK, or equivalent)
Dynatrace Application Monitoring o Jira (incident, problem, and change management)
Strong troubleshooting skills covering application errors, infrastructure dependencies, networking basics, and API/Service logs.
Understanding of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud environments preferred

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Education
