Production Support (SQL) - IT

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to hire Producation Support (SQL) - IT who is based out of in Chennai location.

Reporting to Manager & the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

• Experience with ERP or other applications is an advantage
• Team player with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize in stressful situations
• Knowledge in logistic process and operational system at shopfloor is an advantage
• Understanding and Mapping, Configuring for the New Customer on Board
• Designing the IT process to match the operation mapping (Forward & Reverse Logistics, Consignment Inventories) according to the Customer Business Requirement.
• Microsoft Office suite, Programming and Database skills are helpful
• Desirable Service-Now knowledge
• Use of Lean tools for process improvement and standardization.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s in engineering or any other equivalent qualification
• 5-8 years of experience working in Production support (L2) in SQL / PLSQL.
• Understanding of Queries, Joins, Triggers, Functions, Stored Procedures.. etc
• Good to have knowledge in ERP
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Rotational shifts (7am – 4pm & 2pm – 11pm)
