Production Supervisor (Printed)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up machinery according to production specifications.
• Load raw materials into machines. Operate machinery safely and efficiently during production.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Make adjustments to machines and tool changes as needed to maintain quality.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions and issues.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and assist technicians when needed.
• Follow all safety rule, maintain a clean work area, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) ,Adhere to SOP.
• Record production data and report any issues, maintenance, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Complete necessary documentation and reports.

SKILLS

Experience on Screen Printing machine, Sheetfed offset or lnline flexo machine, Screen Printing operator will have added advantage. Efficient Manpower handling Good knowledge of Machines, Chemicals Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Mechanical/Printing
• 5-8 years of experience in Production
• Strong communication skills
