Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end sterile production operations with complete ownership of safety, quality, compliance, and delivery. The role involves strategic production planning, resource optimization, audit readiness, deviation & CAPA management, continuous improvement initiatives, and active involvement in site transfer and tech transfer projects.

• Aseptic & sterile manufacturing operations
• cGMP compliance, regulatory audits & QMS documentation (BMR/BPR)
• Large team handling & capacity optimization
