Production Planning Manager (Precast)

Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and resultsdriven professional to support our construction operations through effective planning, quality control, and capacity management . The role requires close coordination with project teams to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control at all stages of construction activities by monitoring workmanship, materials, and processes
• Support production planning to align project schedules with site execution and resource availability
• Perform capacity planning to optimize workforce, equipment, and material utilization
• Assist in overall construction management , ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications, and safety norms
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and supervisors to resolve site issues promptly
• Prepare and maintain reports related to quality, progress, and planning metrics
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and internal procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and construction standards
• Familiarity with planning, scheduling, and capacity optimization
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in sitebased and fastpaced environments
