Production Panel Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor hydrogenation and nitration processes in a continuous/batch environment.
• Conduct daily surveillance of the process plant through panel operations.
• Ensure all production activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Record, compile, and report operating data and process indicators.
• Troubleshoot process issues and manage emergencies, including Chloro/Fluro batch processes.
• Utilize ERP systems (preferably Oracle) for production tracking and reporting.
• Operate and monitor Distributed Control Systems (DCS).

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (Full-time, Regular)

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency in hydrogenation and nitration processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with DCS systems.
• Emergency handling in chemical process operations.
