We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle of our jewelry category. The role requires 10+ years of experience in jewelry production, preferably with exposure to US-based online retailers (M2C). The candidate should be highly proficient in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze large datasets and generate reports for decision-making. Experience with ERP systems is essential, specifically NetSuite (Spring Systems is a plus). Responsibilities include lead time analysis to improve production efficiency, daily order validation and vendor allocation based on capacity, and weekly review of vendor open orders to resolve delays while ensuring clear communication with the Customer Service team.
