Production Manager - DCTL- NDS

Responsibilities:

§  Overall responsibility of qualitative and quantitative production as per plan.

§  To prepare monthly plant performance report.

§  Co-ordination with various departments like stores, maintenance to achieve production targets.

§  Manpower planning and scheduling.

§  Monitor day to day record of stock, consumption etc

§  Follow up and develop subordinates.

§  Disposition and reprocessing of materials, if required.

§  Overall responsibility of Plant in absence of Unit head.

§  To act as emergency leader if emergency declared on plant.

§  To ensure material is available to dispatch as per customer schedule.

§  Monitoring Yield, Variances , RM and Utility inefficiencies.

§  Control of Effluent/Solid waste generation and COD control.

Education Qualification:

Experience:

§  B.E. Chemical with 12 years of experience in Chemical process.

§  Batch process chemical production

Technical Competencies/Skills:

§  Communication and People management

§  Basic knowledge of Chemicals and Chemical process.

§  Process, SOPs and Critical parameters.

§  Knowledge of HAZOP and HIRA.
