Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee the planning and execution of corporate events, including logistics, vendor management, resource allocation, and timeline adherence. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, supervising on-site set-ups, and resolving any challenges to ensure seamless event execution.


Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end event production

Handle fabrication, staging, set design, and branding execution

Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, AV teams, and logistics partners

Manage on-ground event setup, rehearsals, and live show execution

Oversee audio-visual production (LED, sound, lighting, rigging)

Ensure timely delivery within approved budgets

Conduct site recce and technical planning

Maintain quality control and safety standards

Work closely with client servicing and creative teams

Handle last-minute changes and crisis management efficiently

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of event production & fabrication

Experience in corporate events (5005000+ pax preferred)

Vendor network across AV, fabrication, and logistics

Budgeting & cost control expertise

Excellent coordination and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines

Good understanding of technical drawings & layouts


Qualifications

Event Planning, Event Production, and On-site Coordination skills

Project Management and Scheduling expertise

Budget Management and Resource Allocation abilities

Vendor Management and Stakeholder Communication skills

Knowledge of safety and compliance standards

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

Experience in the travel and event management industry is a plus

Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
